Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning at 8.30am we will connect via Zoom. Cost is $10.00

A Living Meditation Gathering, whether it be online or in person, is a group of curious, like-minded people – just like yourself coming together to enjoy meditation and discover inner wisdom.

What happens in a Living Meditation Online gathering?

Denise begins with a discussion about the theme, then she will guide you through a meditation that will be approximately 30 minutes long. Afterwards, if you want, you can ask questions. These classes are designed for all – beginners and experienced.

How to Join the Zoom class

You will be sent a link to click on that will take you to our meeting room. 

Please email me if you don’t receive this within an hour or paying.

Please click on the Zoom link a few minutes before the start time.
If you haven’t already, you will be asked to download the free Zoom Application.

  •  Guided Meditation

    The style of meditation is guided visualisation – Denise will lead you through a beautiful guided meditation and visualisation that will be different each time.

    Sharing your Experience

    You are given the opportunity to share your experience of the meditation and also to speak, in confidence, about any current life issues. This is a special part of the class, as it provides a sacred and clear space in which to talk freely, be supported and ground experiences. Please honour all participants by not discussing an individuals story outside of the meditation gathering.

    Please note: Denise will record the guided Meditation part of the Gathering. No one else will be recorded.

    Oracle Cards

    If you have any Oracle or Tarot decks, choose a favourite one to have with you. I will encourage you to choose a card to meditate on. I will also choose a card for the group from my card sets.

    The Benefits

    Meditation is a wonderful way to de stress, chill out, come to your centre, enter the zone or hear your inner voice. Meditation gives us a break from all – allowing all things to be as they are – nothing to fix, nothing to change, just time to be.

    Exposing yourself to regular higher vibrational energy and wisdom will expand your consciousness. This enables you to feel and hear your inner self and truth. The more you practice this feeling of connection to you, the more solid your belief in you becomes. From this solid foundation you can go anywhere your heart desires.

    A little bit about ZOOM

    • Zoom is like Skype, but you don’t need to have an account.
    •  Zoom is easy to use on your PC, Mac, Lap top, Tablet, iPhone or Android phone.
    •  You will need to download the free Zoom application, this will only take a few minutes.
    •  If this is your first time on Zoom I recommend you do this before the class begins, so you don’t miss anything.
    •   If you are using a smart phone; search your apps for Zoom Meetings and download the free app.
    •  Then all you need to do is click on the link that I have emailed to you.

    To gain the most from the class

    • Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where you won’t be disturbed.
    •  Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.
    •  Have a blanket nearby as your body temperate will drop during the meditation.
    •  Sip on water or herbal tea throughout the talk and after the meditation to ground you.
    •  Have your favourite oracle or Tarot deck nearby.
    •  Write down any questions you have throughout the talk.
    •  You can ask them during the Q and A session.
    •  Let your friends know, so you can enjoy the class together.
