Approach your journey with an open heart and mind, one enlightening step at a time. If something doesn’t make sense, stop, be still and focus on your breathing until you feel a little easier. Once you feel a little easier move forward again. If you take the time to balance and harmonise your journey as you feel it – there will be no need to experience an imbalance in the physical.
