♥ To meditate is to train yourself into feeling the best you can at any moment. You will experience the vibration of wherever you are. If you are right out of sorts, out of balance when you begin to meditate, you will spend the time soothing yourself and softening the uncomfortable feeling you are having. However, if you enter a meditation at a place of balance or near to the vicinity of this, you will soar even higher.
